Promoting human flourishing and positive growth in children, adolescents, and young adults with life-threatening conditions
Eunji Cho, Ph.D., RN, is an assistant professor at the Connell School of ³ÉÈ˿첥. Her research program focuses on promoting human flourishing and positive growth in children, adolescents, and young adults with life-threatening conditions. Dr. Cho is developing and testing various storytelling interventions for this population, including a nurse-patient dyadic storytelling program for adolescents and young adults with cancer, digital storytelling interventions for children with serious illnesses, and family storytelling programs. She is also interested in developing a theoretical framework of human flourishing in young individuals with adverse situations. Another area of her research is nursing education, including cybercivility and technology-based pedagogy. Dr. Cho completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Vanderbilt University School of ³ÉÈ˿첥. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of ³ÉÈ˿첥, Palliative Care Research Cooperative Group, and Hospice and Palliative Nurse Association.
